The CPPSD-15 high-precision motorized probe station is based on high-precision motorized displacement stages and is compatible with 5-phase stepper motors for high precision. Used with a 5-phase high-resolution driver, it achieves micron-level positioning without low-speed jitter. It can be integrated with multi-axis motion control systems and handwheels for multi-axis linkage (up to 9 axes with 3 probes). The software interface supports single/multi-axis operation, homing, speed control, array movement, and CAD drawing import. Specs: XYZ Travel: 15mm each. Motor: 5-phase stepper, resolution 1.5 μm.
