This high precision triaxial probe needle is engineered for ultra-low leakage current measurements in high voltage semiconductor parameter analysis. It delivers exceptional performance with a maximum voltage of 1000V, current handling up to 10A, and leakage current below 100fA. The probe maintains 50 Ohm characteristic impedance and comes with a 1.8m triaxial double-shielded cable terminated with a Standard Triax (M) connector. Probe tips are constructed from durable tungsten, available in sizes from 0.2 µm to 25 µm, with spring or tubular fixation for reliable contact.
