Infinity Probe
Catalog NO.: AIMRSE-C-PT-4-I
Device characterization and modeling
The Infinity probe is engineered for device characterization and modeling, combining very low contact resistance (even on aluminum pads) with high RF measurement accuracy for repeatable results. Its proprietary thin-film and coaxial technology minimizes unwanted coupling. Features include photolithographic thin-film construction, excellent isolation, oxidation-resistant nickel alloy tips, and an innovative force transfer mechanism. High-current versions (up to 2A) are available.
