Liquid Nitrogen Cryogenic Probe Station

The LNPS-80 liquid nitrogen probe station allows for non-destructive testing of devices up to 80mm. It provides a low-temperature platform for measuring electrical and optoelectronic properties of materials like nanoelectronic materials, quantum wires, and quantum dots for DC, RF, and microwave measurements. The system uses liquid nitrogen for temperature control from 80K to 425K. A radiation shield improves cooling efficiency and reduces LN2 consumption. It features four micro-adjustable probe arms with 10碌m tip diameter probes made of beryllium or tungsten. The stage has a temperature sensor and heater for rapid temperature changes and precise control.
