This low-noise coaxial probe features a coaxial design with an outer shield for effective signal shielding in challenging test environments. It is suitable for applications like PIV testing up to 100MHz. The probe offers high performance with leakage current <50fA and frequency >100MHz. The tip is made of rhenium-tungsten with gold plating, available in diameters from 1-200µm, and can be ordered straight or bent. It requires use with a dedicated triaxial probe holder.
