This precision damping isolation optical platform features a three-layer sandwich honeycomb core structure that provides excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio and rigidity while maintaining low natural frequency. The top panel is made of high-permeability stainless steel with precision grinding achieving ≤0.05mm/m² flatness and <0.6μm surface roughness with non-reflective matte finish. The welded frame construction with precision tapered damping isolators and damping pads delivers exceptional vibration isolation with 3-8Hz natural frequency. Height adjustable legs with locking casters allow easy positioning and leveling on uneven floors.
