This precision pneumatic isolation optical platform features dual-layer air bag isolation for excellent vibration attenuation in all directions. The air isolators utilize air damping technology to achieve very low natural frequency and prevent摇摆 from transient disturbances. The automatic leveling system, with industrial-grade pneumatic components, maintains table height and instantly responds to load changes. The top panel is precision-ground high-permeability stainless steel with non-reflective matte finish and M6 threaded holes. Operating pressure 0.35-0.6Mpa with included quiet compressor.
