The PT-1500 is a high performance needle-type coaxial probe holder optimized for I-V, C-V, and DC parameter testing. It offers excellent electrical performance with 5-10pA leakage accuracy (when used with a shielding box) and low internal resistance of 0.4-0.6Ω. Features an intertwined shielding layer and silver-plated core cable. Compatible with tungsten or flexible probes and MP-80, MP-150, MP-200 series positioners.
