The T-4 series soft probe needle is designed for probing integrated circuit lines, electrodes, and FIB (Focused Ion Beam) fabricated mini electrodes. Its construction features a fine tungsten wire tip of various diameters welded onto a tinned copper shank. Models T-4-10 and T-4-22 are particularly favored for their fine tip diameter, providing good bending elasticity. This significantly reduces damage to chip electrodes and maintains good contact even in slightly vibratory environments.
