AIMRSE anti‑vibration platforms combine a massive granite or steel base with pneumatic or active‑electronic isolators to create a mechanically quiet measurement environment. Passive pneumatic isolators use air springs to decouple the platform from floor vibrations above ~2 Hz, while active systems employ piezoelectric actuators and feedback control to cancel vibrations in real time down to 0.5 Hz. The platform surface is precision‑machined with a grid of threaded holes for secure mounting of probe stations, positioners, and accessories. For vacuum and cryogenic systems, the platform can be integrated with the chamber support structure to isolate the entire assembly. Our anti‑vibration platforms are essential for low‑frequency noise measurements, scanning probe microscopy, cryogenic qubit characterization, and sub‑micron device probing.
